The Lead Medical Technologist facilitates a team or unit processes by working in collaboration with a team to ensure that task, priorities, goals, and achievements are coordinated with management. This Supervisory Training Specialist position is located at Chicago Midway Airport (MDW), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). If selected for this position, you will serve as a liaison concerning training matters between the Federal Security Director (FSD) and TSA Headquarters, including the Office of Training and Development (OTD) and the Headquarters Aviation Programs Office.
