As a Hotel Services Manager you will be responsible for the kitchen team and housekeeping team.

The Salary is between £34,000 working Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry work
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• General maintenance and repairs as required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance

About the Client and Duties:

Our client is a beautiful young woman who needs assistance with all aspects of daily care including personal care.


As her personal care assistant, you will be supporting her to get the most out of life. Our client enjoys horse-riding, trampolining, shopping, walking…and anything else adventurous!


Ideally you will be bubbly and outgoing with a great personality and should be up for encouraging our client to get the best out of everything. Previous care experience would be preferred.


Drivers are required and you should be aged over 25yrs of age for insurance purposes.


Training and Support:

We provide comprehensive, paid training to CQC standards covering:
Full induction
Safeguarding Adults
Health & Safety and First aid
Moving & Handling via Hoist
Gastrostomy and Medication via PEG
Personal Care and Continence Care
Awareness in Epilepsy, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Cerebral Palsy
All training must be completed before the start date and is paid at £14.33 per hour


Requirements:

Hi, Im Quinn. I am 54 and identify as non-binary, I use they/ them pronouns. I am a budding artist, and I love to express myself through creativity. I have a friendly Labrador dog named Blondie who brings me comfort and company. I experience anxiety and I feel nervous around new people. I would love to employ a couple of PAs who I can get to know, and develop some trusting working relationships with. I feel a Personal Assistant would be much more suited to my individual needs as a service user.

Anyone who is part of, or has knowledge of the LGBT/ Trans community would be a massive plus but it is not essential. As long as someone is kind, caring, empathetic and a good listener, those are the most important qualities I look for.
