The Associate Chief Counsel (Finance and Management) supports the administrative, financial, and managerial programs of the Office of Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel on all management matters for the organization nationwide. The Field Operations function of Finance and Management (F&M) is responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative, program, and clerical support duties for all of Chief Counsel's field functions, located in over 50 cities nationwide.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all administrative and clerical/program support services provided to Counsel offices nationwide. Set up and manage systems to ensure continuity of medicines supply to highrisk groups of patients (e.g. those with medicine compliance aids or those in care homes). Ensure that patients are referred to the appropriate healthcare professional for the appropriate level of care within an appropriate period of time e.g. pathology results, common/minor ailments, acute conditions, long term condition reviews etc. Produce and implement a practice repeat Prescribing policy. Manage the repeat prescribing reauthorization process by reviewing patient requests for repeat prescriptions and reviewing medicines reaching review dates and flagging up those needing a review.
