Your new role

Tech bar - Hours 07.45 - 17.00 - will need to be flexible to work on a rota with another engineer to cover an early and late shift to cover the required hours

Assistance with IT related queries & general basic enquiries
Assist users logging into and logging tickets within ServiceNow
Complete administration within ServiceNow (log/update and close tickets)
To look up and check progress of IT support calls if requested.

Hardware diagnostics :
Carry out diagnostic tests to determine whether a fault is related to a hardware failure (or software/user profile issue). Check warranty and report to the supplier or replace if out of warranty from Stock
Device rebuilds and ensure compliant before re-issuing (configured with latest windows updates
Install & troubleshoot software.
Office 365 suite knowledge for troubleshooting.
Basic Use of Active Directory - EG:PW resets, Bit locker recovery

The Internal Comms Exec will work closely with the Internal Comms Manager to establish and maintain effective communications from the business to our colleagues and foster families.

You will communicate with our people through a variety of channels and assist in managing our internal comms platform, The Exchange. The Internal Comms Exec will also support the Internal Comms Manager, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a range of in-person and online events.

You also will assist in developing a comprehensive communications strategy and help to drive the Internal Comms function forward.

You will report directly to the Internal Communications Manager but will have support form the whole of the Marketing team.

The chosen candidate will have the following:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a marketing or communications environment
• GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English
• An excellent level of written and verbal English
• Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
• Experience in producing campaign performance reports
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Enrolling participants via means of liaison with prison OMU and other key stakeholders
