Year 1 - £18,053 per annum
Year 2 - £22,867 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Employment Services Coordinator -Workforce Information working at Wirral's acute hospitals, based at Clatterbridge Hospital.
The vacancy is full time 37.5 hrs per week, and the working hours will be from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
20% of your week will be allocated to the apprenticeship.
This vacancy is being advertised as an apprenticeship and as such the salary for the role if reflective of this. Those who currently hold and can evidence the essential qualifications need not apply. Your application will not be shortlisted if you hold the essential qualification(s).
Whilst this role is being advertised as a permanent position, there is an expectation that the successful applicant must complete all elements of the apprenticeship. Initially, the successful applicant will be placed on a fixed term apprenticeship contract for the duration of the programme. Upon completion of the apprenticeship and providing all additional milestones are met, the successful applicant will be issued a permanent contract.
The Apprentice Employment Service Co-ordinator – Workforce Information, will support in the production of workforce key performance indicator data.
Responsible for providing standard and ad-hoc workforce reports from ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and other workforce systems, in line with the Trust reporting schedule.
Support data cleansing of workforce systems to ensure accuracy of data.
The post holder will carry out administrative duties in line with processes and procedures associated with the Workforce Information Team, to ensure that the requirements of the Organisation are met.
Act as the first point of contact for the Workforce Information Team, receiving phone calls, addressing emails and reports and providing administrative duties in line with processes and procedures, including end user support.
The ability to work to deadlines with good working knowledge of IT programmes, including Microsoft Excel would be highly advantageous.
