As an Information Technology Specialist (Information Technology Project Manager), you will:

1. Has primary responsibility for the planning, management, solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation of information technology acquisitions and contracts to meet current and long-range PSA technology requirements. Work with PSA program offices to define requirements and to establish priorities. Ensure that IT goals and objectives support Agency plans. Provide guidance in IT asset management to ensure accountability and determine replacement or upgrade cycles for changing IT needs. Identify changes in organization priorities and take action to implement/support those changes.
5. Advise the Office of Technology management team on policies and procedures related to making decisions on obtaining contractual support. Maintain current awareness of emerging trends and identify those with potential for application to PSA.

Typical Duties:
