Responsibilities:

• Managing the service desk team
• Awareness of end user needs and changing requirements
• Command and control leadership – ability to understand the problem, analyse and account for incidents
• Manage the service delivery team to successful execution of daily production duties
• Lead technical discussions within the service desk team
• Escalate all production / non-production issues to the relevant teams and stakeholders
• Proactive engagement on all high priority incidents, identify under-reported issues and flag potential pitfalls
• Provide post mortem analysis and reports of incidents
• Authoritatively and confidently guide escalation tickets to resolution

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree within a given technical field
• 7 – 10 years of operations management
• 7 – 10 years in a technical role with expertise in one or more of the following technical disciplines (networking, security, storage, servers)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams especially business service operational support
• Articulating high level business requirements to senior management
• Ability to develop strong rapport and build relationships across departments and at multiple levels of the organisation
• Ability to be proactive with a strong desire for continuous improvement of practices and processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Our independent position and assessment capabilities provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape and the controls in place. You will be involved in assessments and attestation services that will directly support C-suite discussions and important business decisions regarding compliance, cost and quality of our clients’ risk management programs.

Technology Assurance assists our clients with the following services:

• IT audits: This service involves performing IT-related procedures in support of financial statement audits, integrated audits, internal audits or other form of attestation engagements. We examine management controls within an IT infrastructure by evaluating IT general control design and operating effectiveness and testing application controls. Other assurance services include third-party reviews such as System and Organisation Controls Reporting (SOCR) and Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP), and expanded services such as pre-implementation assessments, readiness engagements and cybersecurity assessments as well as integration with other Assurance competencies.
• IT Asset Management: ITAM identifies and mitigates risks — such as financial, contractual, regulatory and information security associated with the use of software — and helps optimize software costs.
• Business Continuity: Business continuity involves proactive planning and preparation to ensure an organization's critical business functions can operate during emergency events. We will support client with the delivery of resilience build and assessment programs, integrating foundational resilience disciplines such as business continuity, crisis management, and scenario testing.
• Data Privacy: Data protection is important, since it prevents the information of an organization from fraudulent activities, hacking, phishing, and identity theft. Any organization that wants to work effectively need to ensure the safety of their information by implementing a data protection plan.
• Data Analytics: Data-driven analyses are performed to help identify areas of risk and to enhance process and technology controls, improve IT operations and compliance processes as well as to achieve cost efficiencies. This includes the development of analytics test procedures, statistical models and algorithms to client’s data to identify instances of process or control gaps, occurrences of unauthorised or non-compliant activities within the organization and cost optimization opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate within the Technology Assurance team, you will:

• Participate in multiple client engagement teams and other related activities. Engagements focus on the assessment and/or evaluation of Information Technology (IT) systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks. Engagements may be either assurance/other assurance (attestation) and/or extended assurance in nature and vary considerably in size and complexity.
• Serve as a fieldwork team member to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximise efficiencies and minimise risk.
• Work with client personnel to analyse, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process, and will assist clients and other Technology Assurance professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements.
• You will also play a central role in leveraging data and analytics tools to deliver high-quality audits by:Working with the audit teams to devise and execute detailed analytics plans based on the broader audit strategy.
  Utilizing analytics tools and techniques, analyze large volumes of data to identify anomalies and patterns that suggest potential areas of audit risk.
  Integrating audit analytics findings into the overall audit approach and to present these findings to the client.

About the Role

As a Senior Technology Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon software platform functionality, in the field of Risk, Health and Safety, Control of Work, ESG, Quality and Process Safety. You will be part of the sales team building and presenting our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers and responding to functional and technical requirements. In this role, you will also be capturing requirements to enhance our product Road Map and fuel product innovation.

• Consult and discover with existing and potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges and industry issues that they face before providing specific solutions using the Enablon platform.
• Build a solution-oriented presentation based your expertise but as well on analysis and understanding of the customer problematic and needs/ build a technical solution based on the company portfolio.
• Work with EAM to prepare the presentation deck and deliver demonstration presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences focused on areas of interest and solving challenges raised in discovery sessions
• Deliver Proofs of Concepts by applying solution functionalities using client’s sample data
• Preparing proposals and answer questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents tailoring responses based on information uncovered during discovery
• Prepare personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
• Prepare individualized scoping document mapping prospective customer needs to Enablon products
• Serve as technical and functional expert for solutions
• Bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs (Product SME)
• Gather and document existing/prospective customer needs/gaps/new features for potential product enhancements
• Work closely/ regularly with professional services team to analyse requirements and determine product implementation strategies
• Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences
• Continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR minimum of three years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm
• Expertise in EHSQ, ESG or GRC domain topics.
• Knowledge of Process Safety would be beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle is a plus, along with any experience in Corporate Visions’ methodologies.
• Open to candidates that are interested in a Pre-Sales role with client facing Professional Services experience

Governance and Audits

• Establish and maintain a robust GRC framework, reinforcing ITS information security controls and service management processes to optimise IT service quality and compliance with organisational and user requirements.

• Lead initiatives to enhance IT Service Management System (SMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) maturity within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department, focusing on process optimisation and alignment with ITS strategic objectives.
• Create and implement quality assurance protocols, performance metrics, and testing procedures to evaluate the maturity of information system processing.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of ITS internal processes, performance indicators, and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyse data to pinpoint improvement opportunities within ITS operations and infrastructure.
• Undertake proactive and preventive maintenance for ITS service management processes and information systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or related fields.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, external audit, internal audit, or process improvement.
• Experience in Big 4 firms, Fintech, or the Financial Services industry is a plus.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.

• Knowledge in Business Process Management projects, ITSM (ITIL), ITSMS processes, and working experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
