Join Our Team - Technology Support Officer!
Passionate about top-notch IT support in education? We need a skilled Technology Support Officer at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust. As a key member of the IT team you will ensure the seamless operation of IT networks, provide hardware/software support, MIS assistance, and compliance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Trust IT Manager to enhance teaching and learning.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure and software systems.
Provide technical support across multiple schools.
Advise staff on software usage for improved outcomes.
Manage IT security, backup systems, and software licensing.
Provide technical support for events, including lighting, sound, audio, and visual systems.
Offer first-line support for the Trust's Management Information System (MIS).
Qualifications:
Proven IT support experience, preferably in education.
Expertise in IT infrastructure and software systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and GDPR.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
