The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.

What is the job role?

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be working with a team of experienced desktop analysts in a multi-site environment, supporting corporate council staff, schools, adult education, libraries, and extended learning centres. There is an expectation that site visits will be undertaken in this role when required, so a driving license is desirable.

Working within a dynamic team of highly skilled individuals in a Service Desk environment to provide First Line technical support and exceptional levels of Customer Service. Processing all enquiries to the Service Desk in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring that all users receive a seamless high-quality service. The First Line Support Analyst will be expected to participate in a rota to ensure the Service Desk’s core operating hours, including extending operating hours and out of hours are covered, and also train and support users in the use of Trust systems and ICT skills to enable them to be proficient in their job roles. What is the job role?

We're currently looking for a Cyber Security Analyst on a full time, permanent basis. As part of the Cyber Security Team the Cyber Security Analyst will have an overarching objective of protecting the Council and its data from cyber threats.

Day to day tasks will involve:- investigating security alerts and providing incident response, handling customer requests and utilising multiple security systems.
