Work as part of a team to implement Human Resources programs. Assist in all aspects of Human Resources, including (but not limited to); staffing, compensation & benefits, administration, talent review and training & development. The Incumbent will work in a manufacturing environment as assigned, meeting customer requirements (internal & external) while upholding the organization’s core principles.
The Human Resources Generalist will be an integral member of our Human Resources team, helping support a unit of over 500 awesome team members. We are seeking a driven individual who will be truly motivated to provide world-class support and champion our unique culture.
Responsibilities
· Maintain employee records and process employee changes in Workday.
· Support Leaders with Workday processes and data entry, including Talent process.
· Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
Supports Recruiting and maintains up to date needs for hiring, recruiting strategies and community involvement.
Champion of culture, maintaining monthly site initiatives and tracks actions.
· Track and administer cyclical processes.
· Provide coaching, support and guidance to all Leaders at the site.
· Continuous improvement, education and enforcement of the company’s employment policies as detailed in the Creation Technologies Employee handbook.
· Collaborate with Human Resources Team in creating/adopting/executing programs and initiatives at site.
· Facilitate employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve any human resource issues.
· Track, analyze and report on KPIs. Leverage data to help inform strategy and actions.
· Assist with implementation of company policies and procedures at the local level.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
· Process and administer all leave of absence requests and disability; maintain all related paperwork.
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and maintain privacy of all PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
· Support OSHA reporting and Safety data management. Track and report health and safety incidents at the site.
· Administration of Creation’s benefits plan.
· Filing and other administrative tasks as required.
Preferred Shift of 11am-7pm Monday -Friday however flexibility with hours can be discussed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience required
· 1-3 years of experience role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Strategic thinker with a passion to support and grow Creation’s people
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Deals well with complexities and change management
· Knowledge of local and regional Human Resources legislation and related policies and procedures. Proficient and tech-savvy with Microsoft products and preferably with Workday experience
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $50,000-$80,000 per year. a shift differential may also be provided depending on the work hours. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
