Due to the promotion of the existing postholder, we are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
You need to be a strong EmployeeRelationsCase Advisor as you will co-ordinate and support the full range of the employee relations casework within the Mental Health Services Division.
You will provide HumanResourcesand Case Management advice and support to a range of managers dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary, performance, earlyresolutionand other employee relations issues. All ofour cases are logged on trackersso experience and working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams is essential.
You must be able todemonstrateyour experience of advising on NHS Terms and Conditions of employment. If you have generalist and employee relations advisory experience within theNHS -this would be a bonus.

• You willsupport the People Business Partnering team in yourDivisionin the provision of a comprehensive professional and high-quality HR service.
• You will work closely with the People Business Partnering team to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective human resource service, which includes employee relations case management, recruitment, workforce planning, health and well-being and absence management.

The “must haves” for this role:
1.Holding a level 5 CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
2.Experience of working in a generalist HR or Employee Relations Advisory role in a multi-skilled professional and unionised environment.
3.Able to interpret terms and conditions of employment
4.Able to prioritise workloadand work under pressure in time sensitive situations
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal reasoning, presentation skills, influencing & persuasion skills.
