Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

JOB PURPOSE The postholder will work within the Plymouth Community Dental Service PCDS to develop, implement and evaluate defined Oral Health Improvement activities. Working closely with clinicians to ensure effective and efficient delivery of oral health programmes in line with national oral health strategies such as Delivering Better Oral Health, an evidence-based toolkit. This role will undertake oral health appointments with patients of the service, including adults/children and those with additional needs or who are medically compromised and to undertake fluoride varnish application under the prescription of a clinician. SCOPE AND RANGE This post will provide a comprehensive oral health service for patients with complex needs, as well as evidence-based oral health promotion to key population groups, in line with national and local strategies for reducing inequalities in oral health. The provision of Oral Health Promotion is multifaceted, requiring a range of inter-personal, presentational, and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of the impact of social and environmental determinants of health. The ability to work independently and flexibly is an essential part of this post. Responsibility for People Management Facilitate and support with on-going staff training in oral health promotion to the wider dental team and other healthcare professionals where appropriate. Ensure oral health improvement programmes are patient focussed. Work together with peers to ensure service promoting oral health; identifying new ways of working regarding oral health promotion where necessary. The post holder will assist registered staff within the Complex Needs team at harbour Drug and alcohol services, working under supervision, in providing support in the community for people experincing mental health and co-existing substance misues issues. The post holder will work alongside the other services and staff working with people that live complex lives in the community, where they will manage a caseload under supervision from a registered member of staff. The aim is to promote recovery from addiction and improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals, linking them in with Community activities and wider supports which include improving access to activities, meaningful employment, and training. The role will require the post holder to work across the complex lives system, developing in consultation with service users flexible and realistic support packages and person-centred plans within agreed guidelines and service models. This post is seen as crucial in working alongside Registered staff to develop and implement person centred care plans in order that the person using the service can optimise their level of functioning despite any barrier their complex problems may present. This is an exciting new role being developed in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). A CAMHS Mental health Practitioner that will specialise in working with Children and Young People who present with substance misuse issues and co-morbid mental health presentation within the Young People Substance Misuse Treatment Service In Plymouth. They will be co-located within the Sharp Team. However, will be Line managed and caseload management within CAMHS and Clinical supervision in the Substance Misuse Service The post holder will provide. Assessment Psychological Interventions (this could include Motivational Interviewing to help young people focus on strengths and finding solutions. Training can be provided if needed). They will provide 10 to 15 sessions monitored by using outcome measures and will work closely with all the pathways and enable the facilitation of CYP moving seamless around our pathways. Consultations with other agencies and professionals Group work Health Promotion Our young people dont fit into boxes or models of therapeutic delivery we hope this new post we will attract the type of clinician that will adapt to the young persons presentation using all their skills. Enabling the CYP to come into The Young People Substance Misuse Treatment Service In Plymouth and back out again without need to access longer term CAMHS interventions. The successful applicant will also be supported to undertake additional therapeutic training depending on the skills they arrive in our service with. This role will also undertake line management and caseload management and supervision responsibilities for junior staff to support their development and the applicants development. To work with children and young people who may present mental health difficulties Co-ordination and implementation of evidence-based interventions in a timely manner, in collaboration with the other clinicians across the CAMHS Pathways.
