The Role

You will join a team of therapists who are experts at what they do. You will be providing professional advice and beauty treatments for our customers to ensure they have the best in-store experience.

You will offer the following treatments:

Nails (manicure and pedicure), Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Lash extensions and Piercing.

We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.

About You

• Possess, NVQ 2 in beauty Therapy or equivalent
• A desire to exceed customers' expectations
• Confident in approaching customers and upselling services and products

The role includes undertaking Healthy Child Programme transitional assessments and planning, delivering and evaluating public health initiatives through school and community-based health promotion activities. The role will require you to adhere to Safeguarding policies and actively engage under the supervision from a SCPHN in safeguarding processes and meetings. You will work in partnership with other agencies and develop, participate and maintain interagency networks. The Oxford Health Pharmacy & Medicines Management service employs approximately 80 staff, predominantly clinical pharmacists, and technicians, supported by dispensary and administrative staff. What You’ll Be Doing:

Staff offer a high level of support, and work closely with clients to achieve their personal goals and gain increased independence before taking the next step in their journey. Scrutton is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week, with a sleep-in employee available from 11 pm until 7 am.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to residents with serious mental illness including adults who have a primary diagnosis of a psychotic illness often with one or more coexisting conditions such physical health issues, neurodiversity, drugs & alcohol use and cognitive impairment.

Support workers work with residents to enable them to achieve and sustain a rewarding life in the community. Working proactively with residents to promote independence, well-being and ability to manage their own mental health. Staff are responsible for ensuring safety is always maintained though good housing management, risk assessment and health & safety practice. Supporting people to maintain tenancies, look after their homes and develop daily living skills.
