Working alongside a team of H&S Advisors you will be responsible for providing professional and comprehensive H&S advice whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation and Company Policy. Another key part of the role is ensuring checklists and reports are fit for purpose by carrying out investigations into incidents and reporting back to the relevant teams.
You will be an excellent communicator all levels, always maintaining a people centred approach with the ability to build effective relationships and quickly establish your knowledge and credibility in this role. You will be fully versed in H&S legislation and have a NEBOSH and British Safety Council Diploma. You will be confident in influencing and advising stakeholders at varying levels.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a H&S Advisor role. You will also have previous experience in carrying out Health & Safety risk assessments in a retail environment as well as conducting incident and accident investigations.
