Your new role
We are seeking an ambitious senior manager level consultant with a genuine passion for understanding and communicating the value of healthcare.The role involves contributing to delivering health economics, value insight and communication solutions to our international clients by investigation, evaluation and problem solving, working in collaboration with the Analyst team and with support from the Senior Directors within the business. This includes building relationships with clients, ensuring high quality deliverables are produced, as well as managing and developing the Analysts within the project teams. In addition, this includes leading the development of proposals and generating new project opportunities with your client contacts. Your new role

With the continued growth of our team, we are looking to hire a Director in our Heath Economics and Data Analysis business area, to provide business leadership and act as a senior lead on assigned projects. This involves being the senior point of contact for clients on assigned projects, mentoring and guiding the project team to ensure client objectives are met, and providing final strategic review of deliverables to ensure high quality deliverables are provided to our clients.
The main responsibility of the role is to lead the development of health economic models and a range of health economics projects. This includes the development of global cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, early economic models, model adaptations and methodological studies. The role also involves identifying, driving and assessing new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals, and building relationships with clients in order to maximise the chance of winning work.

You will work as part of the leadership team to ensure that work is won and delivered to meet financial targets and other KPI's. You will also be responsible for driving innovation through proposing new or modified service offerings, providing input to the strategic direction, and engaging in activities to increase the external profile, such as preparing publications and presentations in area(s) of expertise.

Key activities include:

* The ability to demonstrate relevant research and technical skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, a creative mindset and a team work ethos is essential.

* Ability to demonstrate strategic insight, discuss strategic project decisions with clients and project teams, and to gain their confidence.

Taking charge of teams and hospital operations, you will be familiar with CQC standards for mental health hospitals and ensure that policies and procedures are followed, whilst championing a warm and open culture within the service. As a Clinical Leader, you will be expected to mentor, coach and supervise staff as required in delivering clinical interventions.

- Be a PIN holding Qualified Mental Health Nurse/ Learning Disabilities Nurse

-Be able to demonstrate supervisory experience in a clinical role
