What skills and experience we're looking for
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator and Finance Assistant to join our school’s admin team to provide financial and administrative support.
This varied role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to learn all aspects within the department, developing their knowledge and skills. They will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the busy day to day school life and be a strong team player.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a finance and administrative role and should have good communication and organisational skills. Due to the nature of the post, they will need to be flexible in their work ethic and willing to help the rest of the team. Experience of working in a school office would be desirable but not essential.

What we are looking for
The successful candidate should:
• Be a confident and clear communicator
• Be able to develop positive relationships
• Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
• Have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
• Have experience working within a Finance Department.
• Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour and circumstances

Hours:35 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time plus 1 week)
Salary:Associate 2 Point 1 Actual Salary: £18019.34
