At the full performance level, major duties include:

• Performs economic analysis of the financial services industry, the financial markets, real estate markets, FDIC-insured commercial banks and thrifts, as well as national, international, and regional economic developments.
• Plans, performs and provides complex financial and economic analyses related to identifying existing and emerging aggregate risks to the Corporation's deposit insurance fund.
• Perform economic analysis for incorporation into studies, policy decisions, executive briefings, and testimony.
• Design and use financial and data analysis models.
• Conduct continuous reviews of economic, banking, and financial and related matters to keep abreast of current developments in those areas.
• Participate in the design, production, and administration of FDIC publications to disseminate analysis to supervisory personnel, senior management of the Corporation, other regulators, the industry, and the public.
• Attend meetings with Corporation officials, representatives of other federal and state regulatory agencies, and representatives of financial institutions and private industry.

• Serves as the principal OO liaison to RMS and DCP management and staff in the assigned region for regulatory issues brought forward by the industry.
• Serves as an expert liaison with other Divisions and Offices in the assigned region involved in matters brought to the attention of the OO.
• Builds external relationships by promoting customer service and public relations within the region through responsive, professional and timely program stewardship that enhances the image of the Corporation.
• Meets with insured depository institution officials and/or boards of directors, FDIC and other federal and state government regulators to discuss and resolve complaints brought to the attention of the OO.
• Performs and/or coordinates the investigation of complaints; reviews supervisory materials for the resolution of complex or sensitive inquiries and complaints relating to FDIC regulatory activities.
• Develops extensive outreach programs to be presented to the industry, including bank commissioners and trade associations.

• Receives, processes and delivers incoming unclassified and accountable mail for organization and processes internal and outgoing mail for delivery to the post office.
• Picks up and screens outgoing mail for appropriate class, size, wrapping and addresses.
• Weights and meters outgoing mail and determines proper postage by weight and class.
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
• Records and controls accountable mail and completes required forms for return to the post office.
• Performs other related clerical duties, such as ordering required forms, equipment, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, scanning hardcopy mail into electronic form and breaking down electronic documents.

• Performs operational system support for finance systems at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) through the collection of compilation, and certification of data from internal and external data management systems.
• Supports report generation, system availability, and internal control implementation.
• Researches, develops and documents user requirements for automated applications. Analyzes reports, and other output products to identify systems and/or regulatory problems.
• Recommends system improvements and develops straight-forward data management applications when necessary.
• Supports audit readiness testing for the Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM).
• Provides support for various electronic commerce initiatives, any other programs or future technologies that may be developed.

• Maintains an assigned area of journals and ledgers.
• Examines, verifies, and analyzes a variety of documents to determine their mathematical correctness, validity, and clerical accuracy.
• Maintains files of all correspondence and messages pertaining to financial records and accounting.
• Audits and verifies each supporting document for propriety of account debits and credits amount of deposit.
• Completes posting documents with back-up attached codes documents and posts to appropriate ledger and journal.

• Maintain accounting records/subsidiary ledgers for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, payments, income, liabilities, payroll, assets, and equipment.
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of accounting documents submitted by assigned activities.
• Determines that all transactions are properly processed, and that total activity agrees with predetermined control tables.
• Analyses and reviews report and machine listing to assure they are in balance and in proper format and sort sequence, that accounting data is valid and that it adheres to prescribed regulatory manuals and procedures.
• Classifies erroneous conditions referring complex errors/problems to the accountant.

• Identifies complex legal issues that are related to depository institutions and within the Unit's responsibilities, and supervises the conduct of legal research of these issues.
• Confers with and advises senior management with regard to legal matters in areas of responsibility. Independently interprets and applies applicable statutory and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinates the negotiation and consummation of sales, settlements, workouts, and restructurings that arise out of the liquidation of failed Insured Depository Institutions (IDI).
• Oversees the preparation of memoranda of law and other instruments related to the management and resolution of receiverships, such as marketing of failing and failed IDI, claims, settlements, employee benefit plans, and receivership termination.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management authority directly or indirectly through subordinate senior managers to include, but not limited to, assigning and reviewing work, assessing employee performance, providing counseling and coaching as necessary, and reviewing and approving leave, training and travel requests.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of clinical practice guidelines and review any potential quality of care problems.
• Oversee the clinical management program and programs that address special needs populations and health screenings.
• Oversee Quality Improvement and HEDIS/STARS metrics improvement with PCP offices and IPAs.
• Manage internal operational/functional relationships related to profitability.
• Assist with network development and provider contracting with various providers and ancillary providers.
• Serve as clinical liaison with inpatient facilities and joint operating committees to maintain facility relationship and problem solve; especially reviewing contracts as to clinical services.
• Serve as the medical professional interface with primary medical providers (PMPs) and specialty providers.
• Direct the Quality Management and Utilization Management programs, including, but not limited to, monitoring, corrective actions, and other quality management, utilization management or program integrity activities.
• Responsible for ensuring that the medical management and quality management components of the operations are compliant with the terms of the Contract, in close coordination with other key staff.
• Work closely with the Pharmacy Director to ensure compliance with pharmacy-related responsibilities.
• Serve as the chairman of the Utilization Management committee.
• Serve as co-chairman of and participate in meetings of the PathWays Quality Management and Improvement Committee
• Attend all FSSA quality meetings, including the Quality Strategy Committee meetings and Subcommittee meetings.
• Responsible for taking appropriate action on all agenda and action items from all OMPP quality meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Indiana-licensed Health Care Provider (IHCP) board certified in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine (MD or DO degree)
• 8 or more years of management experience
• 5+ years of established clinical experience.
• 2+ years of quality management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience building strong effective teams
• Knowledge of the managed care industry including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Possess analysis and interpretation skills with prior experience leading teams focusing on quality management, utilization management, discharge planning and/or home health or rehab.
• Strategic thinking with proven ability to communicate a vision and drive results.

• Experience in palliative care, behavioral health, or adult medicine.

GENERAL FUNCTION:  Provide leadership in the pitching and execution of M&A and Strategic Advisory engagements for our Specialized Industry Investment Banking groups which includes Aerospace & Defense, Consumer, Energy Transition, Industrials and Tech-Enabled Business Services. This role is key in providing support to IB's Sr. Managing Directors in the day to day management of the team's associates and analysts to ensure that junior resources are allocated appropriately across the groups projects and that the high-priority projects are getting the appropriate attention.  The Principal, Investment Banking, will play a leadership role in the evolution and development of the groups modeling and analytical capabilities with limited supervision will be responsible for ensuring that the team is creating and delivering high-quality analysis and materials.  For IB M&A and Strategic Advisory engagements, the Principal, Investment Banking, will be the point person in the creation of high-impact pitch materials and will run the execution process including the creation of financial models, writing of the CIM and other materials, and the regular contact with our client and the list of qualified buyers.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Provide client support to Equipment Finance customers by working closely with Bancorp Relationship Managers and direct contact with Accounts Payable partners of privately and publicly held companies and Syndication partners. As a Portfolio Analyst I, you are the primary contact to provide timely resolution for inquiries on Equipment Finance transactions after the account is boarded onto the servicing system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to Federal Lending Regulations as it relates to Equipment Finance.
• Read, analyze and interpret Equipment Finance loan and lease documents, including documents prepared internally, by outside counsel and external sources and how they relate to the servicing system to resolve client inquiries and/or internal boarding issues.
• Provide cross functional support for portfolio monitoring of newly booked and existing accounts, provide customer service to internal and external clients and assist with lien perfection on equipment.
• Provide support to the Equipment Finance Portfolio Analyst II. Aide in gathering information needed for loan/lease servicing as well as providing additional customer support for specific clients.

Customer Service:

• Establish, foster and maintain strong working relationships with the Commercial Bank (portfolio managers, underwriters, credit officers, senior bankers, relationship managers) to improve the overall customer experience specific to Equipment Finance loan/lease servicing.
• Deliver timely resolution to incoming client requests received via email, direct dial and/or the 800-Customer Line.
• Promptly analyze the client's communication and provide accurate and professional resolution based on knowledge of the relationship, documentation and servicing system.
• Encourage clients to sign up for Equipment Finance online payment services.

Portfolio Quality:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts by proactively monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure new accounts are booked accurately for client billing and submit any required forms and/or corrections to internal partners to update the necessary servicing systems appropriately eliminating customer impact.
• Direct client contact to resolve cash application issues, invoice questions or other post boarding issues.
• Reconcile and resolve cash application issues with clients and third party servicers.
• Review and aggressively resolve delinquent accounts for assigned portfolio per Department's procedures and have the ability to recognize a potential credit issue for escalation to the Team Lead, Relationship Manager, Special Asset Officer and/or the Credit Officer.
• Provide manual billing via Microsoft Excel or Access as necessary for your assigned portfolio.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• 2+ years related work experience in Equipment Finance or Commercial Banking.

• Be familiar with Equipment Finance loan and lease structures such as finance leases, operating leases, synthetic leases, Municipal leases, conditional sales, and the implications related to each transaction.
• Knowledge of loan transactions and how to calculate interest accruals based on loan type.

• InfoLease experience or comparable servicing system preferred
