The role
As a Engineering Coordination Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Day-to-day, you'll build a strong and compliant Health Safety & Environment culture throughout the whole construction life cycle of the Project. Managing the Site Project Engineering Team and the Site Permitting Team to plan, review and lead resolution on engineering challenges.

• Lead interface with MEH Engineering and the JDO when required
• Conduct document, monthly and progress reviews
• Attend CEMAR and Chair Lead meetings
• Leading the implementation of SWITCH within the Construction Team
• Conduct interviews for new team members and undertake PDRs for direct reports.

This role is full time 38 hours per week, and is based at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater.

Essential experience of the Engineering Coordination Lead

• Experienced in delivering and operating at an Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including experience working within Joint Ventures
• Experience working on major construction projects
