Due to continued growth, we have a newly created Customer Resolutions Coordinator role, based at our Redditch site on a permanent basis.

Your communication skills will be second to none, as you'll be the first point of contact for all escalations and complaints for our internal and external customers. You'll have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, as you'll manage the end-to-end work order complaint/escalation journey ensuring it's resolved within the agreed SLAs. You'll have exceptional administrative and time management skills as you'll be receiving, responding, and managing requests via various channels such as: calls, emails, or phone. You'll have excellent attention to detail skills as you'll be updating all systems with relevant notes and progress updates, so your colleagues are able to pick up and run with it if required. This is a 40-hour per week role, working 7am - 7pm across 7 days, therefore flexibility is required.

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £12.92 an hour; this increases to £14.05 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Non Smoking Policy The Trusts approach to smoking is in line with the governments on-going initiatives for an eventual smoke-free environment. A no smoking environment policy exists within all Trust premises including entrances and exits to hospital buildings and on other Trust property (with the exception of staff resident in staffresidences, as these are the homes of staff). In June 2014 a ban was implanted which meant staff, contractors and volunteers were no longer permitted to smoke in any of the hospital grounds, including car parks. Further to this, The Alexandra, Kidderminster and Worcestershire Royal Hospitals, have all become smoke free to all patients and visitors as of 17 June 2015. This means that, as well as staff, members of the public, patients and visitors are not allowed to smoke in any of the acute hospital grounds, including car parks.
