The CEMEA Credit & Settlement Risk (CSR) team is responsible for proactively assessing and mitigating credit & settlement risks faced by Visa CEMEA, an integral part of one of the world's largest payment networks. Predominantly, the team manages settlement risks related to corporates and financial institutions across a vast portfolio, requiring risk-based prioritization and an understanding of balancing risks against rewards. An opportunity exists to join this highly respected team, which provides subject matter expertise across the Visa CEMEA organization and is part of a global CSR infrastructure.

This role necessitates expertise in credit analysis for corporates and/or financial institutions, including a thorough understanding of credit rating models, collateral management, and big data analytics. A crucial aspect of the role is supporting the CSR function as needed, managing difficult conversations, including escalations, all while adhering to the Global CSR framework and procedures. In addition, you will support the Head of CEMEA CSR with ongoing projects, representing CSR as needed.

The role requires maintaining a strong relationship with Global and regional Business Development Executives, Country Managers, and other global regional CSR teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of credit and settlement risk, and the ability to make strategic decisions based on complex financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify credit risks and provide recommendations to mitigate settlement risks.
• Manage the control environment in accordance with risk appetite and specific client conditions.
• Support the CSR team in managing the REACT system (Risk Exposure & Authorizations Controlling Tool), a credit risk management system that monitors authorizations and curbs/stops transactions when risk thresholds are reached for specific clients and group of BINs.
• Oversee collateral management, ensuring that clients, as set out in the Global CSR framework and controls, have appropriate collateral in place to mitigate potential losses.
• Proactively identify potential risks or issues related to collateral. Work closely with custodian banks, the global team, Compliance, and Legal teams to analyze and mitigate these risks.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements, including driving efficiency in the collateral management process. Develop and promote alternative forms of collateral.
• Perform credit analysis and industry research of new and existing clients to ensure proper risk assessments.
• Readiness to respond after-hours, weekends and holidays to major risk matters.
• Lead and/or support the CSR team on various projects and processes (e.g., annual review process, incentive deal process, etc.) as required.
• Develop and enhance a data analytic approach to credit & settlement risk utilizing VISA systems and tools with the aim of improving processes, increasing effectiveness, and providing better insights for better risk management decisions.
• Support regulatory and internal audit requirements.
• Prepare reports for senior management and Global Credit Settlement Risk.
• Manage a team of analysts, promoting a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement that values learning and commitment to quality.

Primary focus

Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

· Own and grow the Global System Integrator business with Global lenses & applying principles of two in a box & east west collaboration

· Develop comprehensive joint go-to-market Business plans with the global SI  partners leveraging all aspects of executive alignment, business planning, execution and metrics-driven governance

· Qualify, develop and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams for prospects by developing relationships in the GSI community.

· Interface with global teams including managing APJ stakeholders in time zone including visibility of contracts renewal and de-bookings, pipeline management and forecasting.

· Accelerate building partner offerings & solutions with an industry focus.

· Conduct in-depth research of partner needs, business conditions, and drivers in order to tailor the ServiceNow value proposition.

· Provide support for ‘Selling To’ the Strategic Partner’s CIO office to leverage ServiceNow for scaling “Customer Zero” initiative.

· Support Prospect qualification, development & execution of new sales opportunities.

. Strategize with partners to build a world class ServiceNow practice and help elevate their delivery capability matrix.

· Develop, execute joint pursuit plans and transformation initiatives with key client executives, GPC Partner Managers and Solution Consultants to create new sources of ‘Client 0’ revenue growth via two primary sales motions (Sell to IT & Design In for next-Gen IP based managed services) with and through a Service Provider delivery model.

Additional Responsibilities: 

• This individual will be responsible for joint selling and lead the effective collaboration of “deal level” strategies & tactics between sales and partners at both new and existing customers to drive new logos & NNACV ‘Sourced-Influence’ revenue.
• Work strategically to identify new industry specific ‘use cases and solutions’ with key partners.
• Develop world class business plans with associated QBR governance & exec sponsorship with the targeted global partners to include committed targets & shared metrics.
• Align, localize and execute joint GTM strategy and multi-year regional business plans with targeted partners in the partner community, as well as ensuring development of compelling JOINT GTM value propositions aligned to NOW’s Primary Workflows
• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets whilst managing a strategic portfolio of partnerships.
• Clearly defined joint go-to-market initiatives with key NOW-Partner global exec sponsors with key milestones and progress tracking metrics & associated rigor to ‘inspect what we expect.
