The IP Manager will work at the interface and bridge the communication and collaboration between medmix technology, sales and marketing personnel in India, medmix management in India and Switzerland and external IP service providers on various activities such as patent filings and prosecution and F-t-O searches and analyses concerning technologies developed and/or commercialized in India. • Assist in drafting patent applications and in their prosecution at the Indian Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks
• Instruct external attorneys in the prosecution, maintenance, defense, and enforcement of our IP rights
• Protect our inventions by working closely with and advising our product development and management teams
• Take care of maintaining internal IP databases, monitoring competitor IP and conducting IP trainings
