Are you passionate about ensuring people receive the best health and social care? Can you engage with members of the local community to have their voices heard? Can you listen to patient experience and gather data to help improve the services on offer?
If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Healthwatch Hull team.
As a Healthwatch Project Officer you will be responsible for finding ways to engage with a diverse range of individuals and groups from within the local community and use your range of interpersonal skills to discover their feedback and experiences of health and social care interactions.
You will need to be able to converse with a wide range of stakeholders and have the ability to present projects, feedback and recommendations at a variety of meetings.
This role will also include recruiting and managing volunteers, providing information and signposting, producing periodic reports and leading on initiatives that actively help patient experiences drive positive change.
