What You Will Do:
The Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist will support enterprise-level organizational change and transformation efforts in support of a global IT services modernization. This position will:
Apply demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change.
Analyze processes and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Create and facilitate process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholder teams.
Oversee development and execution of both internal and external Strategic Communications campaigns.
Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts, such as Lean Six Sigma.
Implement specialized experience in modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e. use-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree
A current DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
5+ years of experience in related field
Demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change
Specialized experience in modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e., use-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Certified Change Management Professional Certification, PROSCI or other change management credential
Experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change
Experience consulting for the DOD and an understanding of DOD policies and programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Experience supervising others
Possess excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
Experience supervising others
Ability to communicate effectively
