Role Purpose:

Successfully manage and deliver the fit out of various store development projects to a specific budget, programme and quality standards.

This role is a field base role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days travel is required between stores or Distribution centres.

A typical day in this role includes:

· Manage development projects such as new stores, major and minor refurbishments, roll-outs of services, equipment and other initiatives deemed part of the Store Development Team’s responsibilities. To include Savers, Superdrug.

- Being a point of contact for all customers throughout the UK providing over the phone and email advice and support

- Keeping both customers’ accounts and own records accurately updated on all systems ensuring the quality of information is maintained

- Cross-selling and promoting additional services

• Responsible for delivering the test strategy and approach in a continuous product development environment working with the DevOps Team
