About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. He/She will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. He/She will perform timely and comprehensive variance analysis to identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement purposes. He/She is a subject matter expert in Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards and will be appointed as the designated key person for the ERP system implementation / integration / improvement. Duties will include:

• Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.

You will have the autonomy to lead projects that solve complex and ambiguous business challenges.

Responsibilities include

• Identify opportunities for Operations, Human Resource, New Business, New Product, Marketing and other business functions, with a focus on supporting business development
• Translate business ideas into concrete objectives and key results, and execute projects critical to LWB’s short and long-term growth
• Identify and draw on analytical tools and techniques to gather new insights, develop creative approaches and provide recommendations to organisational issues
• Review and configure current business processes and strategy to boost overall performance, increase efficiency and mitigate risks
• Review and update organisation policies
• Communicate findings on a regular basis to different levels in the organisation

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BSc degree from a reputable university (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline)
• Preferably some experience in the F&B or FMCG industry
• Fresh graduates with strong CCA track record are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken

About the role:

• Liaise with client's representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
• Deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
• Provide leadership and direction on all project operations and activities such as the design, plan, schedule, scope and budget
• Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading / Additional & Alteration (A&A) works in accordance to the client’s expectation within the timeline and budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specification.
• Able to chair project kick-off meetings, progress meeting and all other project related meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties.
• Able to prepare tender document including the estimated price value and specification write up.
• Preparation & Monitoring of project progress claim, variation, and final accounts daily/weekly for all parties.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that required work is satisfactorily performed and completed by certified consultants.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned

About You:

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
• Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
