Grade D points 7-12 (£24,294 - £ 26,421 FTE per annum) £20,895 Actual salary per annumBulwell St Mary’s Church of England Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint a Level 3 School Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager to provide administrative, financial, organisational processes within the school and assist with the planning and development of support services. The role will include operating the school’s financial system and procedures in accordance with statutory guidelines, financial guidelines, school and Trust Policy and practice; assisting with maintaining the school budgetary allocation and providing financial information and processing of invoices and the provision of related information to members of the School Management Team You will:
• have general office or similar experience
• experience of working in financial/cash handling
• be able to carry out both routine and more difficult financial calculations
• have the ability to interpret data / information and present this to senior staff in an appropriate, understandable fashion
• be accurate and take pride in your work
• work well as part of a team
• be literate and numerate;
