An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer/Audio Typist to join a very busy Ophthalmology Department to support the medical secretaries with their clinic typing etc

The main responsibilities of this role are to support the medical secretaries with their clinic typing. You will also be responsible for delivering and collecting case notes to and from Medical Records and Clinics. You will also be required to track in casenotes waiting to be typed and distribute casenotes to Medical Secretaries as necessary.

This includes hearing aid assessment, fitting, follow ups, repair, balance assessment and rehabilitation, and tinnitus counselling.
